Love that you haven’t gotten your badge and are already contemplating the exit. F’ing savagery.
Remember EY Parthenon has merged with EY- TAS so it is not the same as it was in the past. A bit of the prestige might go away since EY-TAS does more implementation work rather than strategy as Parthenon was known for. However, it is too early to tell but just a caution. LEK is a solid prestigious firm so all equal I would go to that one.
Think exit opps are similar - I’d weight culture fit heavily when making your decision. I remember I jived much better with lek folks while interviewing and am always surprised how genuinely nice people are here.
LEK
LEK
Why?
This is opinion and may not apply the same to others, but I think EY culture is better, while LEK learning and exit opportunities are better.
I think they’re quite evenly matched honestly. I’ve only worked at LEK and had a great time. Would you joint entry level? Prepare to be cold calling A LOT as entry level at LEK. And doesn’t Parthenon use a two case model? That would be a pretty important decision factor for me (could be positive or negative)
Interesting. That doesn’t seem so bad.
LEK is awesome. People are driven, and exit opportunities are similar to any MBB
