Thoughts on going the law school route to work in VC/PE, vs. a traditional MBA?

I am currently a Senior Customer Success Manager, with a background in Operations/Process and Project Management as well. I have always enjoyed the analysis pieces of my roles and would love to expand my skills to show how qualified for a position in data analytics. Thank you in advance for the help!

After you are stealth laid off, other than job search, what do you do? I assume they won’t give you work and even if they do, you can politely decline? How do you feel about you are not progressing anymore and seeing other people progressing in their career? I have no intention to make partner, but still feel a bit stuck not doing that much.

I have two questions. I have 10 years of experience in multiple sectors and I have been trying to gain a leadership position. I am attempting my PHR this summer but what are some tips in order for me to obtain a leadership position? Also, how long does it take to obtain another position out of state? I'm an introverted person, like to keep to myself, focus on work, spend the rest of my time on family, gym etc. I've been told that I need to work on my communication and client relationship building skills. any books I can read? I don't follow pop. culture anymore, no longer actively follow team sports (but sporty myself) as I consider it bread and circus for the masses and don't rly enjoy work drinks... Am I doomed? Personally I am happy and love the work but fear for my career progression.

I have 1 job offer that is an hour away and pays 45k, after negotiations (Research Associate Position at a University) .

I was not prepared at all, had only prepped for basic HR/why this company questions. Longest half hour in my life. Should I be worried about exiting from a senior associate at kpmg to an associate in strategy in industry? They stated they are hiring associates based on 2 - 4 years experience and I have 2.5 years

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected.
