It would be weird if you didn't have your kids meet them before getting hitched. Why the secrecy?
Someone else in my family. Didn’t introduce current spouse to their children before getting married
If we're talking a person you've been seeing and it's begun to occur to you that this could be your future husband/wife, yes. This is a good time to introduce them.
If you are already engaged, you're behind the eight ball.
Even if your children are grown and out in the world, you're still proposing to add this person to their extended family.
Is it necessary? It seems strange not to unless there are extenuating circumstance. Like the future spouse was the cause of the marriage dissolution
How old are the kids? If they are older it would be nice if practical. Are you having a second wedding?
Seems odd not to, assuming your kids are in your life.
