- top notch strategy shop
- pay less than other T2
- not great WLB
We don’t really recruit by office. And the rules around whether we recruit Associates into practices vs. generalists only varies over time based on business needs.
- we’re heavy in payer and provider strategy work
- just like the rest of OW / the us we were cautiously heading back to client site on an ad hoc basis, but that’s been put on hold with delta
- wlb will be better once you and others join us :). We’re busy
Happy to chat more. Feel free to DM
Would love to DM you!
Feel free to DM. Practice is fantastic if interested in strategy for payer, providers. Not so much if interested in life sciences.
Lots of high level strategy with a healthy mix of operational work. WLB depends on Team but right now we are running very hot. Teams are co-locating in some instances, some clients had us back now pausing due to delta.
Does OW have an office requirement, or can consultants be remote (outside of client travel)?
New joiners generally have some level of office requirement because we want to make sure you get fully integrated with the firm. That was relaxed during COVID, but will return.
After you’re fully established with the firm and one of the practices though, we don’t care. A bunch of HLS partners live in FL these days but are formally listed as part of Chicago or Dallas.
Is OW into PMR work in LS as well?
We don’t do a ton of life science work these days
