No, I think that means if someone subdivided the original property incorrectly. I think most of these scenarios are really only likely to happen in very rural areas where people might have done what they wanted since nobody really cares or enforces things. If you’re buying a house in a well established subdivision where most things are likely to be done by the book, I think there’s nearly no chance that any of these are a concern.
