If you tell candidates you’re going to get them a response by a certain timeframe, follow through. Even if it’s to let them know that you still don’t have a decision for them.

There’s nothing more unprofessional than silence.

(i.e. how many weeks / months in advance, how many hours per week, etc?) any tips on most effective ways to prep as an experienced hire coming in at the associate level? On his website it looks like each module has a 4-day virtual class which I wouldn't be able to attend due to working full time. Does this program also include self-study material, and the classes are just supplementary/optional? I was also looking at Dalton for self-study and Danko for test prep. Thoughts?
