To those of you who have participated in hiring, what role do the cross-functional, non-legal interviewers play in the decision making at your company? For example, in a product role, would the lead PM have veto power over a candidate that the legal team otherwise liked?

For those who were diagnosed as an adult can you provide some insight into how you were able to obtain a diagnosis. I went to my primary care dr who referred me to another dr who specialized in mental health. He asked me about 5 questions before telling me I should see a neuropsychologist for an official assessment. The referral he gave me is super pricey and apparently isn’t covered by insurance. Is that normal?

$325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path. I have an offer for $130k for a senior attorney position in a boutique L&E firm. Also have a recruiter who thinks she can get me into another for $150-170k.
