I'd re-engage with some pointed coffee chats with people from your offered offices to learn about things that matter to you now that you have competing offers (type of work, promo schedule & evaluative criteria, WLB, remote/in-person expectations, etc). It's less trying to impress people now and more learning what the work is going to be like.
