Trying to find a role at Google, salesforce, AWS or any other tech company (or media) in bizops/strategy or program management. 3 years Big 4 experience in program management, 5 years industry as a project manager before that in consumer goods/lifesciences.
I've had no luck, so far all rejections and it's been like 2 months and I'm worried about getting the axe.
Any help would be appreciated, resume review, referal, a simple high-five or hug.

MBB AP about to exit to non-FAANG tech. Would you expect a signing bonus and/or pre-determined severance pay if things don't work out with the new company? Anything else that people have negotiated during their exit? I'd be leaving a large amount of bonus on the table to leave before the end of the year.

Just got another rejection... Is exiting to FAANG or MB really this hard? Trying to go tech.. or mbb, but not getting anywhere. I have 2 masters (mba, ms) from top schools, been in consulting for over 10 years, I am confident that I know my stuff well..but still I keep getting rejected.
