Do you always need an MBA to get into MBB?
Hi, I'm leaving Citi in 2 months. It's hard to make this decision. I have an offer from a small startup. In citi, my previous experience was not considered and was reskilled to different tech which is the reason for change.I don't like to exit citi. As I like the company so much. But considering my current knowledge,I am in the middle of the sea.I am afraid now that the new company's offer would be revoked due to this recession?Or can I take back my resignation in citi before the last working day.Is this wise decision?

Honestly get project experience. Once that happens, projects will snowball your way. Maybe focus on firms that do more of that work. I left Accenture for that reason. Landed at ATK and I did really cool work.

@P1. Thank you very much for your response. Trying my best to do that. Burning midnight and weekend oil to do BD work with supply chain and OPs folks. Unfortunately, it’s super hard to get placed on projects outside of my current group at PwC due to timing and partner-politics. I am an MBA hire who was a mechanical engineer in my pre-MBA life. Any chance we could connect? I could definitely use guidance from someone like you.

@ IBM1.. Any good sources to learn WMS from Manhattan and JDA?
IBM’s advice is great if you want to do warehouse system implementation projects 🙃
If you want to do supply chain and you’re set on learning a technical tool, learn supply chain guru.
