Few questions I had:

1. How many rounds of negotiation can I expect? I had my first call with the hiring manager last week and he wants to wrap things up this coming week.

2. I’m guessing I’m under the 14 grade. Anyone have the range for a HCOL city?

3. What other benefits should I discuss?

I have been working as a product support engineer in Bangalore for the last 2 years, I'm getting 6lk per annum and searching for a job with a decent salary,over all YOE 10 please suggest to me if there any openings in your circle.

I don’t know how to set it up with him where he gets his equity in the future when we restructure the entity to a c/s Corp and give out his shares. Trying to come up with some project work for my University Sourcers to complete that will benefit my team. Their most recent ask was to generate a list of universities in each state that we source from within iCIMS. What other projects have you found to be beneficial to enhance recruiting efforts?

I posted this somewhere else before I remembered that I am in this bowl :) so, I changed jobs 6-7 months ago and I am realizing it is not a good fit. Leadership seem to not want to hear the truth so people tell them what they want to hear and if you don’t middle management gets pissed at you. I am seriously thinking about looking somewhere else. My question is how do you answer the “why are you looking to leave” question without bad mouthing your current company?

Why do so many people need sponsorship? Most people I speak to in tech (data) require some sort of sponsorship. Just curious why this is.

When you recruiters say at the end of a 15 min call.
“I will get back to you by the end of this week” does that really mean “your not right for this position”? Because this whole thing is a waste of time. I’ve did these calls with 3 recruiters and is yet to hear back from someone. Today would be the 4th recruiter that I’ve spoken to. Does this practice annoy you guys just as much as it does us? My dream career is to be a technical recruiter but this whole thing is discouraging.
