How should one apply for onsite jobs (preferably UK) ? Wherever I apply , I get rejected because I mark the field as YES for "I will need Visa sponsorship".

I’ve worked in sales for 12 years (8 years retail sales and management, 4 years inside tech sales and management). I’m feeling the burn and looking for something else in the tech field. I’m making $140k. I have a college degree but no marketing, engineering, or product experience. What other departments/jobs could I jump to and still keep close to my OTE? I’m pretty good at Salesforce and have thought about a SFDC admin type role, but that’s all I’ve thought of so far.

Mindtree Folks please suggest the realistic package figure I should ask for considering I have to relocate frrom Mumbai to Pune for this role and whether C6 level is apt or not for this experience and skillset.

Have a big interview tomorrow. The question I dread the most is about why you’re looking for a new job. The honest answer is that there isn’t enough work to go around at my agency and I want to get ahead of the inevitable layoffs. What’s the best way to tell them this? Do I just make something else up entirely?

I cleared all my rounds of interview in JPMC, had salary discussion with HR 2 weeks back. After which i was asked to apply the job on candidate portal and submit additional information.

Do most tech/SaaS companies make prospective employees sign NDAs? I'm interviewing for the first time in awhile and am entering into a final round with a company who wants me to sign an NDA prior to the interview. I’m confused by all these posts about Product Owners. I’ve worked at 3 Bay Area-based tech companies over 6 years and never heard of a Product Owner. As a product manager, i work with my engineering and design partners to figure out what to build and then build it. What role would a product owner play in all this? My honest assumption is that this role was invented by companies that want to pretend to be doing agile but aren’t really, but I’m open to being proven wrong.
