Hi Fishes, I have an interview with PwC AC in the coming week. My tech stack is Power BI, SQL, SSRS,SSIS and Tableau. YEO -4 Current CTC is 9 LPA. During the initial call with the recruiter he asked for ny expected CTC and I asked for 17 LPA. Can anyone from PwC comment on this? Your firm might say that you going full time remote is part of your compensation as a result they may not give you a significant raise. Do some research how much you should get paid through pay scale but $10k raise should be a good bump to start.

First do research on what the market is doing in your area. Then if you can find out, try to see what is being earned for your billed hours. If you can show how much you are earning for the firm in a number, might be easier to argue for more money.
I would be careful though since you only have one years of experience. Most firms will at least give you a cost of living increase yearly

For YOE, that does seem like a pretty big ask, but would also depend on where you live. Even with 20 years experience when I asked/received a raise, it was a very small amount and I was billing 2000 hours a year. Good luck!
Consider asking for a COLA based on inflation, too.
I may do this instead of the hard sell, seems like a less aggressive move.
Concentrate on all of the profits you brought the firm. Have that information handy and highlight it.
