We have 3 condo rental properties under a revocable trust. To protect our personal assets, we are looking at either transferring these properties to an LLC or getting an umbrella insurance policy. We don’t foresee that we will be adding more properties in the future and wanted to get feedback from this group on what is a practical route.

I’m graduating in December, with a background in environmental economics and policy. Consulting didn’t work out this cycle. Made it to final rounds for Bain and Kearney but in the end didn’t get an offer. I want to recoup and try again, but I’m worried that once I’m out of undergrad the door will be closed to starting in consulting.
