We have a problematic political sphere and it is something that calls my attention, 4 years ago Trump lost, but I am sure that if he is allowed to run again, he will be president again, it is something a little problematic for us in the armed forces because politicians have two very different positions on the military issue.

Adapt. The military is not designed to be political and should not be.

I get the point of adapting. But until when are we pawns to some incompetent politician. We have a duty to serve, yes. But we also have minds that can think for the betterment of this country.

I am pretty sure that he will win. He is still quite popular among the people who voted him in power. Seems like a joke, but isn't that is why I am also quite worried

Ideally saying, we are not slaves to the politicians and that includes the President. However authority of the President who is holding the highest position in the country cannot be easily denied by the armed forces just because it runs against their principles. The military belongs to country and not the politicians. But that country is governed by politics.

The military just needs to be its own unity and not be political. Unfortunately, we have to adapt to who the US votes into office.

That’s not an unfortunate thing at all. We’re beholden to the will of the people as we should be. Can you imagine how it would be if we were not? We’d have civil wars all the time.

The idea of adapting is already there. The real issue is on the political side. They need to think about our welfare.
