Wealthfront is no longer serving me top rates. Where do yall keep e-fund? Anything yielding near 4%? Money markets or HYSA?

WF is simply a set markdown from the fed rate. If you want your money to work harder, you need to move beyond raw cash. I know a lot of FIRE folks keep E-fund in SGOV. I believe you can even set uninvested cash to use SGOV in Fidelity.

Personally I use margin on my brokerage account as an E-fund, but that strategy is not one I'd broadly recommend

like

Interesting strategy. What’s your margin rate and how much $ access?

Treasury bills. No state tax

CIT bank is giving me 4.20%

We use CIT as well. HYSA is 3.7 right now though.

Check out raisin.com. High yield offers up to 4% right now from smaller banks but that are still FDIC insured.

Openbank is returning 4%. They are affiliated with Santander bank.

Today is my first day back at work (and first full day back in my physical office) after a few weeks off for parental leave. Needless to say, I am struggling to stay focused on anything other than wanting to go back home to my spouse and child.

I know I shouldn't take an emotional temperature on day one, but it has been more difficult being back than I anticipated. Any tips for navigating the waters for the first day/week/month back?

So- we run Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) for our clients display ads in a feed and corresponding google sheet via Google DoubleClick. My q is- does anyone know what systems out there allow for creating a template that will automatically pull a product image from say Target.com and automatically building the ad & copy without manually making 1000 ads via row for row in the google sheet? I know this is possible but curious if Sizmek or Flashtalking are more common in this type of creative development.

I’m 36 and I recently reached a net worth of 1 million dollars. I thought I was doing good but then I see other people with several millions and can’t help but wonder how they got there.
I feel I’m doing everything I’m supposed to (I save, I invest, I max out my 401k, IRA, etc...).

Can someone help me with this? I had a low utilization since pandemic, I.e., ~sub 5%, but never missed any payments. Would credit score be impacted if only one line of credit with a low utilization?

Too few accounts currently paid as agreed
FICO®

Scores consider the number of accounts that are paid as agreed. Your score was impacted because the number of these accounts is too low, or because you've missed payments recently on some of your accounts.

I’m considering building up my I bonds to eventually replace my 6 month expenses emergency savings account. Any downsides I’m not considering? Thoughts?
