Gargling salt water…
Rising Star
WOOOOOOSH……

Don’t worry about it. It’s probably just gonorrhea.

A lot of sea water will upset your stomach. Absolutely does not cause throat infections. The best home remedy for their infections is (checks notes) gargling salt water.
You made out with the wrong person, or shared drinks with the wrong person. Don’t blame the ocean, this isn’t Neptune’s fault.
Trust my firm to come up with snide but unhelpful responses. Lol.
Trust my colleagues to drink seawater for their nourishment.

It’s not the salt water. More likely the other human interactions you had.
Take the normal stuff that you have for the symptoms
If you aren't experiencing diarrhea, it's probably not the water. 2+ years of limited human interactions have our immune systems weak AF. Just take some vitamins - especially Zinc and C.
Chamomile tea with lemon and honey

Ginger tea with honey and lemon
More seawater should fix it.
Just whatever soothes your throat - hot test with honey, warm milk, whatever
Hydrate, that stuff zaps your throat. I like lemon lime gatorade
If your throat is sore, gargle with salt water, drink hot beverages (think hot tea with honey), drink chicken noodle soup, drink lots of water, and eat spicy foods (I like Pad Thai when I’ll) to help open up my nasal passages and sinuses.
To also help with stuffiness, I get a large bowl, fill it with hot water, and put a towel over the bowl and my head and breathe in the steam.
I hope you feel better soon.
