Can someone help me out with my 401k contributions.
26 years old, make 187k base. For the past 3 years, I have maxed my 401k and was contributing 10% to traditional and 10% to Roth. I have about 125k in my 401k account, am down about 20% but I don’t really care/know it will correct it’s self. Im in no target funds all index/mutual funds.
How should I reallocate my percentages to traditional and Roth? Should I ONLY do Roth and not traditional? Does my company match on Roth or only traditional

60k law school. Lucky not to have undergrad debt. Haven’t started paying yet.
Graduated with $200k of debt, most ($165k) was from law school. Down to $165k now and have been putting monthly loan payments into a savings account. I’ll dump that account into my loans if/when the interest freeze stops. Hoping to put all my bonuses towards loans. Goal is to be sub- $100k by December (between monthly payments and bonus), and at ~$15k by Dec 2023
75 k law school. Already paid off 21,000 this year and planning to pay off another 21,000 by year end.
