What are people’s thoughts on investing in a new construction suburban condo? These are one or two story “condos” (not high rise, more like 7-8 separate buildings maybe 2-4 condos per building) in a community with a clubhouse etc. They are in an “A” area but come with a $240/month HOA fee.

I want to know which tax slab can be appropriate for a 10lpa and what are the way I can manage to reduce my tax computation.
I have been to this tax slab for the first time don't have. any knowledge.
can one of you assist what can be done or what are the steps for saving the tax or us it possible to have 0 tax.

Looked at a house (new build) and MIL said the vinyl windows imply the whole house is probably made with cheap, shoddy materials. She thinks everything has to be wood Marvin windows or bust. Got news that my house closing may have to be moved due to a delay in the sale of my home. My partner’s income was excluded in the DI ratio, but if it were included we’d be well under the % threshold and can be approved to close on time regardless of the sale of my house. However our mortgage company’s underwriting team has been painfully slow in confirming if her income qualifies. She’s been at her new job 1 month after a year off. I have a rental property and my tenant is asking me to change the fridge light burb. I live out of state and don’t have property manager locally. Is it bad if I ask them to change the fridge light burb themselves?

I’m pretty responsive for things they need help with like laundry machine got broken or pantry doors fell off. So I had sent people to fix those maintenance and repair issues.
