It's an incredibly vast space. Is there something in particular you're looking for advice with?

^ agree, you need to be a bit more specific
Depends on what you are looking for however for whatever you implement, I believe a leader led approach is the best

Agreed - having your execs heavily invested is how you get the rest of the org invested
It was a question I was asked in an interview. “What would you say are some DEI best practices?”
I said /elaborated on:
understanding employee sentiment with quarterly or bi-annual surveys
Recruiting and retaining diverse talent
Learning and development - reinforcing the importance of DEI as well as providing access to resources for career progression.
The interview question was broad but would love to know other examples in your specific areas if that makes it easier to tailor your answers.
Agree! 🧐

This is super broad, is there a particular problem you need help addressing?
Yeah - terrible interview question. I probably would have responded with something like
"DEI is a broad spectrum with many best practices for different types of programs or products. I'd need to know more about a goal or initiative to offer specific best practices."
I may re word for them and ask: would you like me to tell you my thoughts on fundamentals for rolling out a successful DEI program?
