What are some exit options for litigators that aren’t connection-driven? I think we all know the standard set of options (fed govt, in house, lobbying, govt relations), but in litigation those jobs are VERY often filled through networks. What’s out there where a litigator is competitive and where a good portion of positions are filled based on just strength of resume and interview? Question is for all jobs, not just litigation and not just legal.
