I’ve worked at AT&T as a sales consultant for 6 years and 8 months where we prospect, uncover, and close on leads. I’ve used Salesforce for the past 4 years during my tenure. I’ve done B2B sales where I’ve received awards for it for 2 years consecutively. Loads of troubleshooting, uncovering needs through consultative styled selling, and tech app subscriptions.
I was wondering if I have the necessary skills to transition into a tech sales role. If so, what would be the best role/fit for me?Amazon Salesforce Google @

A friend got laid off and this was their current job title. I’m not too familiar with it but I know they don’t have the education to back up their work experience so I’m looking for things to boost their resume in that regard.
Might help if you describe what their title means. Do they sell services? Do they do the due diligence for the sales team? I have no idea what a strategic sales analyst is.
I didn’t either. I had to ask for the job description. Lol

I don’t think certificates mean much in sales. If they want to do something now, have them make a freelance consulting ‘firm’ so they can provide sales strategy advice to local restaurants
