What are the on the job Salesforce training programs available for a career changing individual that lives in Hawaii?

Question about my side hustle - I'm an Instagram wellness blogger just getting started and at about 2K followers. Don't want to have all my eggs in one basket and looking into expanding to another platform. Weighing the following options : basic website, newsletter, podcast (podcast would complement or replace IG Live interviews that I currently do).

Any advice on the best next step?

Wanting to leave Life Science/ implementation work behind and do something new. I need a challenge. Okay w ops roles. Over 6 years of consulting and about 10 years total work experience.

What are actionable items one should strive for when trying to grow as a designer after landing their first role? I hear a lot about ways to grow to land the first job but very little about how to improve after you know the basics.

How far into implementation and execution do you get as a strategist (and what's your specialty). I notice social strategist tend to get way more into the executional portion, even writing copy etc. whereas brand strategy tends to roll off once the briefing process is done. Does brand strategy ever go on shoots or vendor/production meeting and are they responsible for it? Just had an unclear moment where it seemed like I was expected to vet production partners and I didn't realize I should've .

1) After document submission , How much time do they take to release offer letter for freshers ? Its been month for me not received till now
2) How is growth opportunities for fresher member technical.

Hi Everyone, Started my career in government 5 years ago working in an operational role, then focussed on HR for 3 years working my way up to a middle manager role in HR as a business partner and completed my Level 7 CIPD. I don’t think HR or government is for me anymore and looking to find something new, now 24 feel I have a lot of transferable skills and knowledge but worried about private companies in other professions taking me seriously.
