Americas PI has a Strategy and Customer competency. Ive heard the MBA band range from $100-$175k for Senior 2's, but curious with non MBA.
The strategy/customer group has highest incoming salary band in PI. Highest non-mba in the group I know of came in at $105k; highest MBA at $125k
Non - MBA hired as a senior 2 at 95K, senior 3 at 104k now in PI.. 4 years exp
Senior 1: $85-$95k, Senior 2: $95k-$105k, Senior 3: $105k-$120k seem right? Obviously depends on how many years of experience you have prior to joining too.

Oh gotcha. I'm FSO so my perspective on salary won't be the same since I'm not "national" advisory. But in FSO, S2 salary is usually between 80-100k but obviously depends on where you're coming in at
