Is the notice period for AVPs 3 months in hsbc?
(I have recently joined IQVIA bangalore. I will receive my first month salary on 25th this month. Payroll portal got just created for me. So, I opened.)
In my reports -> My current CTC section. It has details of Current annual & Monthly AGS. My question is what is AGS? It is showing half of my CTC. Should I raise this to HR or it is just something else. And where can we get the actual CTC reflection? Pls help. Thanks in advance.

Shop the edges of the grocery store, cool as much as I can. Make sure half my plate is veggies, stick to high protein meals.
Everything in moderation. Eating intuitively when I’m hungry, stopping when I’m full. Personally I don’t eat red meat but if people do that’s definitely a moderation food, most Americans are eating way too much. Variety is a huge benefit to any diet - mix up the fruits, grains and veggies that you are favoring from a month to month basis. Drink more water, less alcohol and less sodas. Probiotic foods or add a supplement to your routine.
I think portion control and meal planning are great ideas if you enjoy that and it works for you. Food tracking, 1-2 meals a day, and not eating past 5 those are very restrictive methods and promote a negative relationship with food. I don’t think they’re sustainable methods long term.
Thank you for your insight. I have a friend who doesn’t eat past 5. I do food tracking. Lately i have been having 1-2 meals a day and thinking my stomach size shrank down or just not thinking about food as much? It’s a good thing.
Intermittent fasting. Mostly fruits and veggies. Shopping the perimeter of the grocery store even at Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s.

For both of you, a whole food diet would help — no processed foods/sugars, refined grains, alcohol, dairy, nightshades.
I meal prep what helps me is yogurt or overnight oats with 3tbs of chia seeds chia seeds expand when exposed to no so it makes you feel fuller than you actually are
Ah that’s a good tip. I tried some coconut chia seed pudding the other day, it was so yummy.
I take a multivitamin, am vegetarian, try to eat lots of salads with chickpeas/ tofu / tempeh / black beans, and I try to front load my calories - I’ll eat a larger breakfast, average lunch, small dinner. It works for me
