the veterinarian himself. I cant stand him. He is old and is just nasty and rude to females.
Having to handle administrative issues & getting some clients to pay their bills. It's a fine line because we want to offer services to everyone, but we can't keep operating if it's free for everyone.
Our vet doesnt have dogs waiting in the waiting room. So there's no reactive dog greeting of already stressed or ill dogs. Dog waits in the car while you check in, then they let you know when the coast in clear to bring your dog in.
It's the owners that are giving me more stress than I what I already have with my work. I hate it when owners are gossiping in the clinic where everyone can hear. I work in a community so people know each other.
Burnout and compassion fatigue can result from dealing with emotionally charged and challenging situations in veterinary care. It's hard when you are not used to it.
Financial constraints. Mainly because It can be difficult to balance providing the finest treatment for animals while keeping expenses low in the field of veterinary medicine. Among other things.

The long hours and burnout are tough right now and i just cant keep staff anymore.
