Sashimi & avocado
I try to keep my salads interesting. Also I’ve been trying out different carb substitutes whenever possible (I.e spaghetti squash instead of pasta, cauliflower rice etc). Im also ok eating fried veggies as long as they’re not breaded and glazed. Bacon bits also help when you’re tired of steamed veggies
I usually order chicken/salmon salad with sauce on the mustered honey dressing on the side
