What certifications would be good to get as someone who is fresh out of college and in their first role?

How is the work life balance in capgemini? I have recently joined for consultant position and having 4.11 years of exp.

Anyone have any good job openings at Hunts?

Any thoughts on the best certifications to get in order to help move forward? I have considered the CCP from World at Work, but it’s fairly pricey to get by the time you wrap up everything. I was looking at both SHRM-CP and SPHR. Everyone that I have spoken to has the SHRM, but that’s also only looking at individuals in a small geographic footprint and within 3-4 different companies. I was hoping to get some thoughts on this from others? Thanks

My husband and I just started a side business not related to our day jobs. I’m looking for advice on adding a position on my LinkedIn profile. Applying online to a company where there are legit 10 openings that I am qualified for and interested in. I have a referral at the company as well

1) do I apply to all 10 jobs, or does that look bad? I would optimize resume for each of the jobs

2) do I use my referral for all 10? Don’t want to flood his inbox or look like I am just mass applying, or diluting his opinion so to speak.

What I find cringe is the obsession with using it 24/7 and the assumption that adding "lit" or "that's cap" or "slay" to things will make them do numbers. I’m depressed. Nothing unique about my depression - I’m in big law, my career defines me, when I’m not working I can’t find the will to get off the couch, I’m sad or I’m numb…I know I’m the only one that can make a change to my life…I’m on antidepressants. Just extremely unmotivated and paralyzed. Self-help books are not for me, but I am curious - has anyone tried a guided depression/anxiety journal? Any recommendations if so? Or, if you have experienced the same, what steps did you take?
