What do MBB consultants really think about Big 4 consultants???

Are consultants at MBB allowed to trade individual stocks? Or are they limited to mutual funds only? For example, can someone at McKinsey buy AAPL?

How many pay periods do each of the big 4 have? EY I know is bi-weekly (i.e. 26 pay periods)

Any one who's worked at Big 4 and ZS. How has your experience been ? Could you give a sort of comparison on it ?

Those who exited MBB, what were your options? I know I don’t want to stay in consulting and feel like trying industry soon. Most of my background is in finance and strategy.

How is performance measured at MBB?

At some Big 4 companies there is a Partner / Principal group that has equity and are part owners of the business and an equivalent Managing Director group that does not have equity and are essentially employees.

How does it work at McKinsey / Bain ? Do those same distinctions exist across partner types, owner vs non owner?

Long post alert; I have been interviewing with a b4 for a senior con role since Mar end. Cleared all the rounds including case study and got strong rating as well as good feedback. Fast forward to last week, the talent POC calls me up and informs that she has asked the business if the position is still open, because now they just need the business approval to roll out the offer. I immediately felt demotivated as to ‘why now’ after all rounds have been cleared (continued in the comment below)

Hi Fishes, please suggest some good companies hiring for .NET/Angular Devs. I am currently serving notice period and have a couple of offers in hand.

The last working date on my previous employer experience letter is wrong. It's just a one day difference. Now during background verification employer is asking to contact previous employer to correct the date.
In worst case scenario if previous employer doesn't respond, will this cause my offer letter to be revoked?
