Hi All,
I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

Thank you

McKinsey & Company Does level and/or office matter for referrals at McKinsey & Company? A friend is willing to refer at the Associate level in my target office though I did not get any traction w/ the referral last year. I'm a Veteran so I also recognize there may be a resume translation issue despite the prior version getting me interviews with BCG and Bain. I have updated the resume since - though still wondering if there's anything else I can do to strengthen my case. Thank you in advance for any advice.

Many people are leaving, so not necessarily.
There's actually a dearth of tenured post-MBA folks in North America from what I've heard. Over-hiring is not going to be the biggest problem. I've heard we're also trying to hire EM-level people with extremely similar experience.
The party line in all firms will be they’ll throttle down hiring to make sure they’re in sync with growth and the pyramid promotion structure solves for throttling at different levels.
The reality is, they will make heads roll when they need to and they won’t be called layoffs. The performance bar is an amorphous beast that can be adjusted as needed.

I think we're in the same boat at McK. Bottle neck is SM so that's where the focus of recruiting is going - cognizant that we need to keep feeding the bottom of the funnel.
I can't see layoffs being in the game plan (touch wood!).
Too many questions to answer (sorry).
Quick response is business is doing extremely well, we desperately need the people. Also tons of burn in mid (project leader) levels.
Issue is at the SM level so there will be plenty of headroom for post-MBA starters to grow into (especially given our ridiculous growth)
It’s a demand driven business, supply just trying to keep up
We can always be kicked out quite easily.
