^AA1 "high performer" rating doesn't matter. The firm will never share those details with an outside company. There's no reason to tell recruiter/prospective employer that you received anything other than "high performer" rating. Every candidate they get says they were rated highly. It's all about experience and I agree that with only 1.5 years experience it will be extremely difficult to get into a good consulting shop.
Pwc2 good clarification
In terms of ratings they will ask for proof. I just went through interview process and gave my two weeks notice. During interviews I was asked for printouts of ratings. You're right, they can't ask PwC for ratings but they will ask you for screenshots. So unless you're prepared to do some Photoshop editing, beware.

^good luck getting into that club with 1.5 years and anything less than a "high performer" rating

^ive never seen this before. I just went through interviewing for manager level positions. Nobody asked for screenshots. At that level they get a sense through your interview and experience whether you know your shit or not. They don't care why PwC ratings are. Maybe it's different for lower level positions.
Had same experience as @PWC1, was asked for screenshots of most current rating
^what level position were you applying for? How many years experience?
I'd tell the new company that it's against firm policy to provide screenshots of internal firm business. If they haven't seen enough through my interviews to properly evaluate me then it's not going to be a good fit long term.
