Honestly, I recommend you do something you enjoy. And if you don’t enjoy any exercise, do something that works with your lifestyle and for your goals. But the biggest impact on weight will be your diet.

I do strength training 3x a week, cardio on rest days. Here is a sample day:
Virtual personal training and lots of walking
Costs less and more convenient. Can’t really make excuses when you don’t have to leave your house loll
For a while, I was using FitOn (an app). There is a variety of workouts to choose from including those you can do from home with no equipment needed

SWEAT app (I’d recommend resistant training. More muscle mass = more calories burned at resting state) and daily walk (8-10k steps)

Try YouTube videos!! Helps me not have to think about the workout myself and still have convenience to do it in home. Raisingannas is a good one if you like HIIT. For yoga, I watch Cat Meffan. And many many other options for kick box, Tabata, etc. YouTube is a gem of home workouts where you need little to no equipment!
