I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. Just want to point out that none of this in any way an indicator that people who wfh don’t get things done or are doing something wrong. You are just replacing these little moments of “me time” with the time you would have spent in office on side conversations, walking between meeting rooms, coffee breaks, going out to grab lunch, random culture activities, etc. You can take a 30 minute nap AND actually be more productive when wfh
