Good or bad? Also, would love some interview tips if you have them! (It’s for an Executive Assistant position) thank you!

Cognizant Recently cognizant have changed their internet wfh allowance policy.we use to get 1800 per month as internet allowance without submitting any bills or transaction details. Now they changed the policy as we need to apply for icici/axis/hdfc credit card from there we need to make the transaction and reimburse the same. I am ok with everything but why i need to apply for credit card? How a company can force me to have a credit card? It will directly/indirectly alter the credit score right? Cogniza

As someone who is a transplant to the US. I have 4 weeks. But it's very hard to actually take that time. US work culture is much different than UK (AUS and Canada have a similar holiday culture). It's one of the reasons I'm moving back.
Work to live vs. Live to work
Ask for 28 days, don't accept anything less than 20.
25-30 days. Some shops are going to "unlimited FTO," as long as you can still be billable enough (which means they'll start getting concerned if you take more than 30)
FTO. Flexible time off
I'd aim for 4-5 weeks at your experience level.
I usually ask for 360 days off
There are different types of time off. Vacation which they are required to pay you for. Accrued PTO which is for sick leave or personal days. Vacation you might be able to negotiate 20 days, but most companies won’t go over 15. Accrued PTO is non-negotiable.
For agencies tied to digital, and in-house teams that are a part of tech startups unlimited PTO is more of the norm. I typically take 4 weeks, peers have taken 5. I do a couple 10 day vacations and sprinkle the rest throughout the year to extend weekends that have public holidays. This year I took less because there was nowhere to go.
4 weeks at least for sure. I was an immigrant and they totally get the magic word “family.”
4 weeks at least. Some companies will package it up differently, eg, offer 3 weeks plus the week off over the holidays at the end of the year or offer “flexible days,” “volunteer days,” etc.
