What is an appropriate amount of PTO to be provided with an offer at a big four for a senior consultant? I have 20 days plus holidays at my current smaller firm but want to make the switch to EY. Is it reasonable to get the same amount as I highly value being able to take vacations every year. Thank you!

I received a verbal offer for a VP position at CCB line of business at JPMC in NYC two weeks ago. The recruiter asked for salary expectations but there was no number set. It’s been two weeks since and complete radio silence. I sent an email to a hiring manager a week ago but received no reply. It’s August so people could be on vacation but this is really strange. Is it crazy to switch a job while undergoing IVF?
I’ve been in my current role for almost 4 years. While I am generally happy, & have flexibility with time off for personal matters, there are things that bother me. I have an offer for way more money, manager title (which I want), much larger bonus & IVF benefit is better. However, I’m in the middle of stims and it is STRESSFUL. Part of me can’t imagine taking on a new role while I’m in the middle of this. But also feel like I can’t pass it up

I have my last day at employer A right before thanksgiving and will be covered on their health insurance through 11/30. I am taking some time off before starting a new position with employer B in mid January but their insurance wouldn’t be effective until 2/1. I'm hoping to make some money and really get the word out there about my business during the holiday season. Is it a good idea to participate in farmers' markets/holiday markets if you have a small amount of inventory right now but want to get the word out? Or should I just focus on marketing and creating more (I sell seasoned salts, herbs, jams, and preserves + occasionally fresh bread or baked goods) until I'm ready for more orders?

I have been at my current firm for about 1.5 years, and in that entire time the partner in my group hasn't been out of the office a single time. Is that normal?
