For S2 in the range of 105 to 110 is good
S3 is unlikely unless the interview team feels you're ready to be a manager in the near future. Rationale is such that your rank is largely determined by the folks who interview you - salary is considered after the fact by HR.

M1 - how many years of experience did you have? That makes a difference too. So you get the pay, but they don't give the title

Yes we are specialized. We do less cross functional so there is ton of work but yes Tech guys do lot of cross functional
