Is it illegal for a manager to punish an employee for being out for medical reasons? Employee provided multiple doctors notes for needing surgery. Manger let it negatively effect their bonus and their year-end review, as well as taking future opportunities away from the employee and the manager is stating because they missed time from work they are now undependable.Bristol Myers Squibb

2-rated seniors got about 10% last year
My bonus first year out of MBA as a SA1 was a whopping 4%. Wasn’t there a full year due to recruiting cycles but close enough.

Sounds accurate. Most consulting bonuses are tied to firm performance / profitability. I try to think of my bonus as a 5 year average. If I do that, it comes closer to my expectations (a couple great, several bad, etc)

So what are the min and max bonus percentages? How does that tie to rating?
Less than MBB for sure
Min is zero. Max is listed op. I’m thinking you are closer to min than max
Also, the bonus pool is as fully funded last year, and we are hearing it’s overfunded by 10% for this performance year (ending April 30)
