What is the correct order of MBB?

As an MBB consultant looking to move into industry, should I expect to take a pay cut? The roles I’ve come across so far seem to for less pay than I make now

Is hiring going strong these days in MBB? I will be interviewing soon with Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey & Company, Bain & Company

I was doing some googling and I saw that PWC offers MBA hires 45k in comparison to MBBs at 70k +. Is this a bad joke? I can't imagine that PWC's target for MBA hires is widely different from MBB. In the US, the pay gap isn't that wide. Any reason behind this madness?

Poll on general attitudes towards open relationships? I’m in one and find that some folks are totally non-judgmental about it, while others are so vicious/rude about it. Curious about your opinions! Has anyone ever posted a general marketing position? We have an open position on our marketing team but we are unsure what type of position to offer. Hey fishes, recently got an offer of 245k plus a bonus, but no specificity and at least 3% cost of living annual raise. My current job I make 150k plus a 20% bonus and an annual cost of living raise anywhere from 2-3.5%. Have been in my current position about a year. Things have been a bit bumpy (not a me issue) I have a new supervisor and was recently given 7 direct reports (I had zero before). One of the reasons I want to transition from industry to consulting (tier 1) is that I get frustrated when I have to collaborate with mediocre people. My assumption is that Tier 1 consulting firms hire really sharp people and if I can get in, I’ll be collaborating with folks on top of their game (not expecting much from clients). I’m aware there are personal aspects I need to work on like my mindset, patience etc etc, but I just get so frustrated with blatant stupidity.

Rolling off a project always reminds me of the tagline from Drive: "There are no clean getaways."
