I honestly love it. I love being the minority. I get along so well with men. I love being in a field that's men dominated. I feel like its a challenge and makes me feel empowered.

like

It was more on administrative work. I never felt discriminated at work considering that the company is a male dominant one. I get along with the rest of the team and the employees working for the company.

I feel safe and appreciated. I never thought I'd feel this way. I am just happy that they treat us equally.

It's very good, at least based on my experience. I haven't encountered any gender discrimination. I just love it here.

Will companies be willing to train me more due to the current job market & being female?
