What is annual hike % at Acuity?
I've 5 years of experience into Java Spring boot. I got an offer from Paytm of 32 LPA and 450 units of ESOPs I also have an offer from JPMorgan Chase of 24 Lakhs of fixed pay and 15% ( 3 Lakhs approx. ) of bonus. Another offer from Zee entertainment enterprise ltd / Zeel of 30 LPA. Please help me choose either of these. I'm a little sceptical about Paytm as it is still burning cash. But optimistic as it uses the latest tech. #paytm #jpmc #jpmorgan #chase #choice

Apply in workday internally, also rounds of interviews depends on team to team.
Thanks for your inputs
The interviews are not going to be as robust as when you came in from the outside, more focused on the team/role fit than on your ability to perform the job at all. However you will want to make sure that you've made a good enough impression in your first role because that will make a very big difference in your desirability to the next team. And make sure that you have robust reasoning for wanting to join the new team so that they don't think you're just unable to commit.
Thanks for your inputs
If you know exactly what you want you can go through workday. If you're more in the curiosity phase and exploring role options, maybe a conversation with you manager is in order. I had an honest conversation with mine last year about feeling my role was not exactly right for me, and got loaned out to another team for a few days to shadow and see their work style. It helped me make a decision.
did you switched domain? If yes how then
