Can H1B employer be changed when person is in india. ?

Filed for H1B extension cap-exempt. Extension got approved. Not stamped yet. Now I am moving to jpmorgan. JPMC ready to send USA after one year if H1B can be utilised. Wanted to know if H1B employer can be changed in india (unstamped visa). ?

What’s the best way to maximize having both the chase freedom unlimited and sapphire preferred?

For context, I’ve had the unlimited for 2 years and just opened the preferred because of the bonus offer. I will hit the $4k spending target, but after that, what’s the best way to use these two in tandem, given the unlimited rewards are all around much better.

I got an offer from Luxoft(DXC Technology) and EY GDS for Senior Test Engineer position. CTC are same in both organization. EY GDSprovides yearly performance bonus but Luxoft doesn't give.
As Luxoft has good opportunities in terms of onsite and variety of projects where EY I am not sure about it.
Please suggest where I can join from both these companies.

I was planning to decline a job offer at McKinsey and before I could email he called and asked for final decision and I said I cannot join due to a personal reason, which is the case in reality and just mention I was about to drop an email and apologised for the inconvenience.

He called me unprofessional and said you could have informed. I know I am at fault as well as the offer was released on Monday.

Sort of feeling guilt now, anyways to overcome this?

I recently moved to JioFiber and took postpaid plan and paid for 3 months advance.

Now I saw the bill was generated after 2 months of usage. When enquired the customer care said since it's a postpaid plan and company keeps 1 month as security so you have to pay from 3rd month?

Is it right? Since there is no mention of that?

Anyone please advice. Customer care and Twitter not very helpful.
