Yes, hence my comment of being on the lower end of the band. Been with EY since undergrad, and transferred from a lower cost city (think Tier 2/3 without a proper salary adjustment).

For TX, I’d say 120-145k. Source: M1 from the Midwest

I am M3 and 130k in NY. Yeah, talk about low
Ahh EY pays really low.. I am M1 in NYC with 170k base and 25% bonus received last year
@D2 is that a speciality practice though? Most D M1s I’ve met are like 130-150
