What is your company's official bereavement leave policy? I just started a new job, and their policy allows for two days if your spouse, child, sibling, or parent passes. One day for grandparent, cousin, or aunt/uncle. Do corporations think it only takes 48 hours to get over a loss like this?

I just started a new job 2 months ago, benefits and PTO don’t start until 90 days in so I still have a month before I can take off any time, and today found out my company doesn’t offer paid maternity leave.
I’m really struggling handling the symptoms and maintaining my full time job. Thinking about looking for a part time job to have more time to myself through the pregnancy since I won’t be getting a paid leave anyways, but lost on where to start looking. Any recommendations?

I am planning to start IUI cycle this summer and have booked Pfizer vaccine mid April. Two questions (note I recently recovered from Covid so have antibodies)

I am embarking on egg freezing soon and I got some unpleasant news today after a scan. I had a scan 2 months ago and my follicle count was slightly low then. As I was on birth control at the time, I had to go off it and repeat the scan two months later. Hello! First time pregnant. I’m extremely nervous about vaginal birth. Not sure what triggered it, I have extreme anxiety every time I think about it, no joke.
