What might be the case study for Deloitte Strategy in S&A? Consultant level. Are their public prep materials useful?

From 180k full time to 200k and 10 percent sweat equity in a boutique consulting firm as their cto, to kickstart their AWS practice .. any thoughts. This new company does not have any product thinking or strategy and full lifecycle cloud delivery pedigree yet ..

Need some suggestions from everyone. I have 4.5 years experience and I was working as contractor in ZS and my CTC in parent company was 7 Lakhs.

ZS were willing to offer me FTE as ZS but at a compensation of meagre 8.5 Lakhs. I tried negotiating but they sticked with this.

How come ZS do that? Why can't they pay more as they generally pay 15+ for 4.5 years experience.

Any suggestions for a formula to calculate a running count of the number of incidences in a list? For example, in a list with A, B, C, B; I want to label A = 1, then the first B =1, and first C = 1, and then the second B = 2, etc. The list is in a column and there are thousands of names. Discussion post: I feel almost all consulting firms are the same. Mbb, big 4 etc. if you are paid enough there is probably less wlb. If there is good wlb there is not much money. Can you single out a company that you can confidently say pays very well and also has good wlb and also has good opportunities etc.?
