I gave 10-15 company interviews and converted 4 offers. But could get max offer of 22. Though it's a great amount, I see many here who get 25-30lpa offer with same profile.

I make good money and have a house but I feel like the relationship and the obligations (house, family) are anchors and holding me back from living my life. Fiance does not want that lifestyle. Shes more of a 2-3 weeks of vacation is good.
