Do recruiters ever reply to any of these threads
TBWA NY recruiter?
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Solving the same problem that the hiring company is looking to solve for.
Hiring happens out of pain. Being able to ease that pain thru previous experience is what every hiring manager is looking for
I don't care what they bring to the table ie similar experiences, competing company, similar technologies, that persons success is based on how well you prepare, and on board them. If that's painful, then it's already a battle for the new hire because he/she is starting off with a person who is not as excited about training up the new member of the team as that new member is excited about joining a new department.
This is a very general question
And yet u don’t seem to be able to answer it.
