Communication skills, empathy

like

I would reduce that list of 10 to a few that absolutely matter. There are too many list with too many skills

Across any level people need to lead with integrity, Compassion and the ability to connect the business strategy with execution.

For us at Sharpist we defined behaviours vs skills

Behaviours are universal across the company and increasing expectations with increasing seniority, skills are job specific.

Behaviours

"Growth Mindset"
Learn it all mindset (not being a know it all)"

"Ownership"
Taking ownership, deliver on agreed, protect the company, especially in face of ambiguity. Protecting others and also hold them accountable "

"Communication & Stakeholder orchestration"
The ability to communicate well with those around you with sensitivity to timeliness, medium, brevity and tone
"
"Emotional Intelligence (Empathy, Compassion & Humility)"
The ability to share someone else's feelings or experiences by imagining what it would be like to be in that person's situation. The ability to action on these towards positive outcomes for the people and the company."

"Customer Orientation
In every role at Sharpist we seek behaviours that evidence how we keep our customers in mind"

This post is an alert message for anyone joining the Johnson & Johnson EMEA account for SAP & had Rakesh Sharma for their Manager round.

He is nothing less than a con man & will promise you a lot to make you join the account. After that he will put you in testing projects. If you ask for a release, he will either not release you or release with a very bad rating and influence other project managers to not take you into their projects.

You will be left with no choice other than leaving TCS.

I am working on a project to built OKR and KPI software for performance prediction. The tool that helps companies track KPIs and predicts business performance using these KPIs. This does two things for the business 1) creates visibility around performance individuals, departments and business as a whole and 2) enables businesses to predict outcomes for the next month, quarter etc.

I am interested in is knowing, a) if companies track KPIs and how do they do it b) (to be continued in comment)

Has anyone found a way to automate salary certifications?

We get about 3-5 requests daily to fill out salary certifications for our employees in EMEA.

At the moment, we have to do all of them manually. We open a pdf, then open their employee file and plug away. It's tedious and time-consuming, but the banks I found won't accept an internal salary certification for some reason. They're adamant about using their form. Has anyone come across this?

I am looking into the CCP (Certified Compensation Professional). It seems to be quite an expensive exam.

If anyone else is studying, let me know and maybe we can share study materials!

For those who have taken it, are there any cheaper or alternative study materials to any official guides you would recommend? I went this route with the PHR and SHRM-SCP and passed each on the both try, so I wanted to see if that method may be viable here. Any recommended order to take courses in?
