Me? Requiring employees to be in the office for productivity reasons. I’ve learned trust and accountability matter far more than location.

I’ve been working as a contract TAS for 6 months in a medical device company. I started part time and as it became busier/my trainer quit, I became full-time. I applied for the TA position through corporate and would like some insight. the company is short staffed and my site specifically does not have good TA retention.
