Hey folks, hope you’re all having a not-so-blue Monday. I’m new to EY and was wondering if the firm does annual raises? I joined as an SC and wondering if my base salary will be adjusted annually by a fixed % for inflation or a variable % based on performance? Or if the only way to increase my base pay is to get promoted to manager? Thanks for your help!
