I want to come to Amdocs from EPAM with few months of experience, currently SDE2. I do have some questions, though.
1. How does EPAM compare to Amdocs? Regarding the job satisfaction, projects, Permanent WFH, etc.
2. This company is, in my opinion, one of the best for growth and high-quality projects. Can someone vouch to this?
3. I would appreciate it if you could recommend SDE2, SDE3, or both.
4. What should a reasonable CTC expectation be?

Curious what the base and commission structure is for inside sales and associate director of sales in biotech (also anyone else who wants to share pls put industry). Paid hourly or salary? At the biotech company I work at avg inside sales is $62,632 with a $3500 per quarter cap. Commission structure is % based on sales quota reached vs capped (not a direct % of sales). I’m underpaid at $53000 with $3500 cap per quarter.

I am of counsel at a firm where I can set my own rate and keep a percentage of collections, which varies slightly depending on whether the client is one I generated or not. I’m finding that a lot of my work is for firm clients where the lawyer negotiated a flat fee (and the hours worked are less, due to efficiency etc). Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

Today I had my 2nd round interview with EY GDS and got rejected.
Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?
